The Foreign Agricultural Service represents USDA and American agricultural interests overseas. As the authority for USDA we represent the many agencies and functions of the United States Department of Agriculture. In Italy the Foreign Agricultural Service also assists U.S. exporters and Italian importers of U.S. agricultural products. We wish to provide you with useful information about sales and trade in food, commodities, fishery, and forestry products with Italy. Please use this website as your support for market development, market information, and market access. Our information will link importers in Italy with suppliers of U.S. products such as wood, wheat, hides and skins, food ingredients, as well as frozen and fresh food and beverages. We provide U.S. exporters with marketing advice and Italian import regulations to help them sell in Italy's varied and dynamic marketplace. The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture is dedicated to promoting U.S. agricultural products abroad. FAS has an office in Rome, Italy providing free services for US Exporters and Italian importers.

Il Servizio Agricolo Estero è il diretto rappresentante all’estero del Dipartimento dell’Agricoltura degli Stati Uniti ed opera nell’interesse dell’agricoltura statunitense. Siamo attivi in Italia nei vari servizi offerti dal nostro Dipartimento e ci adoperiamo a promuovere le esportazioni di prodotti agricoli ed alimentari statunitensi verso l’Italia. Siamo attivi anche presso gli importatori italiani e le associazioni di categoria del territorio. Il nostro scopo primario è quello di fornire informazioni utili per la vendita ed il commercio di prodotti alimentari, materie prime, prodotti ittici e legnami. La nostra pagina vi aiuterà nella ricerca di informazioni sui prodotti agro-alimentari statunitensi. La nostra attività mira a stabilire un rapporto di collaborazione tra gli esportatori statunitensi e gli importatori italiani per l’acquisto di legname, grano, pelli, ingredienti per alimenti, unitamente a prodotti alimentari freschi, congelati e bevande.
